IBFI status: Our courses are IBFI accredited. You will meet the educational requirements for Level 1 certification; final certification is independently awarded by the International Bike Fitting Institute (IBFI).

A focused, hands-on workshop to make your adjustments clean, safe and efficient. Ideal alongside any main course.

Booking note: This is an optional add-on that must be booked together with a main course
(Core, Clinical, or Aero). It’s not required to attend a main course.
- Workshop basics: torque, threads, assembly paste and fastener care
- Tools discussion: what’s a necessity and what’s nice to have
- Bike parts: saddle rails/clamps; stems, spacers and bars
- Components: what’s what, brand names and aftermarket parts
- Troubleshooting: quick fixes for noises, slips and tolerances
